Carrot Oxheart
An heirloom French variety! Grows well in containers or shallow soils as the roots grow no longer than 12-15cm and can achieve shoulders 10-12cm wide, creating a stumpy ‘Oxheart’ shaped root. Sweet and tender with less foliage than you would expect from these large roots. Stores well.
