Statice QIS Pale Blue
An easy to grow dried cut Flower, producing bunches and bunches of pale blue flower stems over several months to cut and enjoy fresh or as a long-lasting dried flower.
Hardy Annual.
Sow February to April. Sow seeds onto the surface of good free draining seed compost and lightly cover the seed with a sprinkling of vermiculite. Place in a propagator or a warm place at a temperature of 18-20°C (64-68°F) until after germination which usually takes 10-21 days. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into pots or trays. Gradually acclimatise plants to cooler conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk of frost, 23-30cm (9-12") apart.
