Mustard Wasabina
A hot spicy mustard with light green serrated leaves and a Wasabi-like flavour. When picked young it adds a delicious, spicy flavour to a salad. The more mature leaves can be cooked or stir fried. Can also be used very young as Microgreens. Matures in approx 21 days as a babyleaf or 40 days for mature leaves.
