Herb Thistle Milk (Silybum Marianum)
An attractive foliage plant with flat rosettes of large, prickly leaves which are strikingly marbled with broad white stripes. The large heads of attractive scented rose / purple coloured flowers are great for attracting bees and butterflies. You can also use the young leaves in salads and the young flower heads similar to Artichokes.
