An attractive foliage plant with flat rosettes of large, prickly leaves which are strikingly marbled with broad white stripes. The large heads of attractive scented rose / purple coloured flowers are great for attracting bees and butterflies. You can also use the young leaves in salads and the young flower heads similar to Artichokes. Height 120cm
