Herb Skullcap (Scutellaria Lateriflora)
A Hardy Perennial, skullcap is often found growing in damp meadows and wetlands, so is well suited to the British climate. It is a humble, unshowy plant with blue, tubular, hooded flowers equally as happy in shady corners as it is in full sunshine. For best results, sow indoors in early spring. Scatter seeds on the surface and press into the compost; do not cover the seed as it requires light to germinate.
