Cress Broad Leaved
Grows more slowly than normal cress, with a little spicier flavour than normal cress. Provides larger leaves, therefore sometimes more useful in specific dishes. Can be sown all year round for sprouting salad shoots. Can also be direct sown outside from April onwards to produce a larger salad leaf.
