Tokyo Cross F1 Turnip Seeds
Known in Japan as a Salad Turnip. Smooth, round pure white roots which are ideal for early forcing under polytunnels. Harvested small, they are great when used raw in salads or in a stir-fry. Flavour is especially sweet with crisp texture. Quick growing for repeat sowings. Sow: Summer - March / May, Winter - July / August Matures: Summer - June / September, Winter - October / November Direct drilled per acre: 350,000 seeds or 800g Row width: 30-35cm Winter crops lift and store for later use.
