Herb Common Mallow (Malva Sylvestris)
Shiny rose petals veined purple. Leaves heart shaped. Said to be an aphrodisiac! A tea is beneficial for coughs and bronchitis. The leaves are eaten in Arab countries. Juice from the leaves of mallow is beneficial against the ill-effects of bee stings. Habitat: waste ground and roadside. Height: variable. Perennial wildflower.
