Carolina Reaper is one of the world’s hottest chilli peppers with 1.5-2 million Scoville Heat Units, so not for the faint hearted. Although extremely hot, once you get over the initial heat there is also a fruity-like flavour, giving a combination of sweet with heat taste. Fruit size approx. 3cm wide x 5cm long.
